Introduction
Red Brick Community Land Trust strives to create sustainable and diverse neighborhoods that have access to resources and opportunities to achieve their goals.
The Red Brick CLT co-sponsers the Financial Education Program that provides financial counseling to St. Louisans.
Purposes
1.) To provide free comprehensive financial counseling on topics such as budgeting,homeownership and small business start-up.
2.) To provide homeownership opportunities that are permanently affordable for low and moderate income people through a community controlled organization that supports economic and cultural diversity.
3.) To encourage the ecologically sound use of land and natural resources for the benefit of current and future generations.
